Welcome to the East Engagement Center

Welcome to East Neighborhood! Within the walls of Hubbard, Holmes, and Akers Halls, you will find a diverse representation of Michigan State University’s undergraduate student body. First year students through seniors, in-state and out of state, domestic and international, and students from a variety of majors all live in East Neighborhood.

East Neighborhood also has a range of programs and activities that promote the health & wellness, academic success, and intercultural engagement of our students, including: Lyman Briggs College, MALE, Sista-2-Sista, weekly MRULE dialogues, a student health clinic, and nightly tutoring sessions in math, writing and some of the sciences. We invite you to explore our Neighborhood!
